As a Corporate Security & Investigations Director he holds an (M) Security Management & Investigations license and a (DI) Security Officer Instructor license. He managed multiple security teams simultaneously in multiple states here in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Some of the mentioned corporate installations had a daily attendance of a few thousand employees.
The primary objective at the mentioned facilities was to minimize employee injuries, minimize theft, investigate employee thefts, deter crime, monitor multiple levels of access control, (vehicular and card access) manage over 300 CCTV cameras throughout several properties among other managerial responsibilities.
Mr. Ventura is a current National Rifle Association (NRA) Pistol Instructor. He has trained countless Florida residents in “how to safely” handle pistols, how to safely use a pistol, and how to properly maintain it and touches upon the state laws and procedures as indicated in Florida Statute 790.06
He was the Program Chair of the Private Investigations associate in science degree program at City College Miami, FL for one year.
He was then the Program Director of the Private Security program at Fortis College Miami, Florida where he also taught Customer Service, Professional Development, and other general education classes for 5 years.
Mr. Ventura served in the U.S. Army National Guard for 8 years. He reached the rank of SGT and separated from the military with an honorable discharge upon the end of his contract in 2005. His military occupational specializations were, Human Intelligence Collector (Interrogator) and a Spanish Linguist (Translator/Interpreter).
He is the current SE Area Director of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators. He is a Florida Board Certified Investigator (FBCI) There are approximately 7000 private investigators in the state of Florida and only 45 hold the Florida Board Certified Investigator (FBCI) designation. He is also a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI–FTER) which was earned from the Criminal Defense Investigations Training Counsel
As a Private Investigator, Mr. Ventura conducts investigations cases with the main focuses being in: negligence of facilities, family investigations/divorce, assets searches, infidelity, locates of individuals, background checks among others not mentioned in this outline.
Mr. Ventura strives to obtain the information that each client seeks which will allow them to make informed decisions.
Based on the type of information needed of our firm, we know that there are some services where we can assist our client within hours of having been hired.
We strive to pick up the phone by the third ring and greet our clients with an energetic welcome! We then follow it up by listening carefully to the client’s concerns in efforts to provide the recommendations for the situation at hand.

We strive to maintain the kind customer service oriented human touch which paired with exceptional services has maintained our client base and works as a referral tool when our existing clients refer us to their friends, colleagues, and acquaintances.

One of the prerequisites of applying for the FBCI is that the applicant must obtain at least three letters of recommendation from colleagues in the investigations field, preferably some we have partnered with and worked for or alongside.
Passing the FBCI test requires studying the following:
- Studying the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Florida Chapter 493. Florida chapter 493 states the laws and rules that Florida Private Investigators must follow when conducting business, working in their office, and in the field.

Individuals who pursue the FBCI are dedicated leaders of the profession who look after the best interest of their clients.
There are approximately 7000 Licensed Private Investigators in Florida and less than 50 Florida Board Certified Investigators.
